Who must comply with the Irrigated Lands Regulatory Program:

Any person or entity that is in commercial farming, irrigates a crop and has the potential to discharge water to surface waters or ground water. 

How to comply with the Regulation:

Belong to the San Joaquin County and Delta Water Quality Coalition or have an individual Waste Discharge Reporting and Monitoring Program through the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board for your farming operation.

JOIN THE COALITION - NEW MEMBER

If you wish to join the Coalition, please fill out this form and send to the Coalition with fees due and all information signed and dated (this is a MS Word file you can download and fill in).  This form is for parcels that are being brought into irrigated agriculture or are under new ownership.

If you received a Notice of Violation from the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board that your parcels should be enrolled in the Coalition, please fill out this form
