Membership Update- Dues remains the same as Last Year for 2009 The San Joaquin Resource Conservation District has announced its dues for the 2009 Calendar year. This years dues remain at $2.25/acre for those parcels that are irrigated. The due date for dues is 30 days from receipt of the invoice. Dues paid after May 15th will be increased to $2.50/acre. There is a minimum dues of $30 for small parcels. All members must bring their dues up to date to avoid losing their membership in the coalition. If you are no longer a member in good standing with the coalition, you must apply for your own discharge permit through the Regional Water Quality Control Board or apply to the Regional Board for permission to join the Coalition.
