Grantline Canal Watershed Grower Meeting

January 28th, 2010

This meeting was held to revisit some growers in the Grantline Canal areas and discuss how their managment plan implementation has been going and if there are any new issues that the Coalition should be addressing.

Grower Surveys

In addition to holding grower meetings we are contacting each grower individually to obtain the information the coalition needs to meet the requirements of the Regional Water Quality Control Board.   Your PCA, on behalf of the Coalition, may be contacting you about a survey on you current management practices for certain pesticides.  This information is used by the Coalition only to determine the effectiveness of management practices and to assess how many growers are implementing those practices.  A growers specific practices are NOT submit to the Regional Board but a summary of the different practices used throughout the coalition.
